VoltVave migrated the business from Xero to Zoho Books UK with MTD VAT configuration and set up Zoho Inventory alongside it for Shopify integration. A Shopify-to-Zoho Inventory connector was configured to auto-sync orders, create sales orders in Zoho Books, and update stock levels in real time. All three currencies were mapped with live exchange rate updates, and 3 years of historical transaction data was migrated with full reconciliation.

Built a bank reconciliation workflow with Zoho Books bank feeds connected to the client's Barclays and Stripe accounts
Ran a 2-week parallel period with both Xero and Zoho Books active to validate that all Shopify orders, supplier bills, and bank transactions matched
Delivered handover documentation and a 90-minute live training session for the finance team covering MTD submissions, reconciliation, and monthly close
